During her 'other work life', she traveled to many countries and lived abroad in Europe for many years. Now that she's officially retired from her first career, travel is her full time focus. Janet has taken advanced training and earned travel specialist certifications for destinations (Aruba, Bermuda, Australia) and for some well know travel suppliers, including Celebrity and Norwegian Cruise Lines, AMA Waterways and Avalon River Cruises, Globus Tours, Sandals and Beaches Resorts, and AM Resorts. FAVORITE TRIPS SO FAR: Fairbanks, Alaska in winter to see the Northern Lights. South Africa to visit Johannesburg (Cradle of Humankind, Mandela House) and to experience a Safari. Sailing from Honolulu to Sydney, Australia, stopping at Samoa, Fiji, and more. BUCKET LIST DESTINATIONS: Malta and Tenerife – I don’t know why I want to go here; I just do.
